Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser (wrap up). On Saturday April 9th, the Post held a pancake breakfast fundraising event which was long anticipated and well attended. Thank you to everyone who enjoyed breakfast, and to all the Post members and all the sponsors and volunteers who helped make this a very successful event.
Memorial Day. On Monday May 30th, the very popular local band Unfinished Business, will be holding a concert at the Black Lake Golf Course in support of disabled veterans. There will be guest bands, and food, soft drinks, wine and beer will be available for purchase. The post's armored personnel carrier (APC) will be on-site for a "do not miss" photo opportunity with your family and friends. Tables will be for available for donations, which all go to Disabled Veterans of American and to the AmpSurf project.
Blood Drive. On Tuesday June 7th, the Post will be sponsoring a blood drive. Check back here for further details as they become available.
4th of July Parade. Save the date! In its 5th year, the Jim Tefft Memorial 4th of July Parade is back. Unlike the "virtual" parades held during the pandemic, the parade this year will be live on Tefft Street. More details, and parade entry forms will be made available closer to the date.
BBQ Competition. On Saturday September 17th, Smith House Manufacturing will be hosting a BBQ competition in front of the Post. Home of the world-famous Monkey Spit line of BBQ and hot sauces, they are one of our most loyal and supportive Post sponsors. Be sure to come out and support them.
